Below is a breakdown of permit types and prices:

*Up to three accompanied youths (under 16) can be sponsored at no cost under each adult's recreation permit.
**Y/S/D = youth, senior, disabled. Disabled = 50%+ VA disability rating or state disabled parking eligible. Senior = 65+. DOD super senior = 80+.

***All recreation fees have been approved by garrison command and are used to support species and habitat conservation, and outdoor recreation infrastructure across the installation.

All permits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and will become invalid on day 366

Hunters born after January 1, 1972 must show proof of completing a hunter education program before buying their first Washington hunting license. Visit the WDFW hunting education website for more information and to register for a hunter education course. This is a State of Washington requirement, not an iSportsman requirement. Once licensed you do not need to send us anything.

The recreation safety brief must be completed by all new users prior to recreating.
To check the status of your safety brief, login to your account and click "My Safety Briefs" on the blue menu bar and follow any prompts to complete your first briefing.

Permits can only be purchased by credit or debit card. No cash or checks will be accepted. All sales are final - refunds will not be issued.

Users must have a paper or electronic copy (paper copies strongly recommended) of their permit on their person while recreating at JBLM and a copy of their vehicle pass clearly displayed on their dashboard.
